Former United States 42nd President William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton is currently under close monitoring at a California hospital after being diagnosed with a urinary tract infection.

Seventy-five- years old, he has been on admission at the University of California Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California since Tuesday. The infection is believed to be non-Covid 19 related.

His spokesman, Angel Urena, in a press statement, alloyed fears over the hospitalization.

He stated: “He is on the mend, in good spirits, and is incredibly thankful to the doctors, nurses, and staff providing him with excellent care.”
