Nigerians in the United Kingdom on Saturday demonstrated in front of the Houses of Parliament in Westminster, calling for general reforms in their fatherland and a condemnation of both the Muhammadu Buhari government and old breed politicians in general .
The protest which started at 10am attracted over a hundred Nigerians who gathered with various placards , all showing solidarity for the EndSARS campaign to end police brutality in the country . They also condemned the alleged Lekki massacre of peaceful protesters on Tuesday.
One of the speakers told the crowd : “Our country has no future . Our youths have no future.”
Another called for unity and said, “let’s stand together ,” for our country , Nigeria. One other activist wearing a white T- shirt and jeans was seen ringing a bell , saying , “end SARS now .”
